He has proven track record of providing expert advisory services in the areas of Companies Act and FEMA to both domestic and multinational corporations.

Vijaya Kumar Partha Sarathy

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Madras. In the past, he was associated with Freight Systems Private Limited in the capacity of National Head – Finance and was subsequently promoted to National Head – Treasury and Taxation between April 2005 to June 2019. Thereafter he continued to be associated with Freight Systems Private Limited in the capacity of a Retainer from July 2019 to November 2021. He has an experience of more than sixteen years in Finance and Accounts Management in the freight forwarding industry. He has been associated with our Company since August 31, 2024.

Naveen Mehta

Mr. Naveen Mehta is a highly skilled Chartered Accountant, having experience of more than 13 years in the field, specializing in fund raising, corporate advisory, and various facets of financial management. Currently, he holds the position of Partner and heads both the Indirect Tax Division and Due Diligence Division of the Firm, showcasing his leadership capabilities and expertise in these critical areas.
