FAQ
How can you determine my shipment's charged weight?
Establishing the higher of the physical weight and volumetric weight is a standard approach when charging for the weight of your package. While the volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the cargo’s dimensions (L x L x H) and dividing them by a preset coefficient 6000, 5000, 4000, or 1000, depending on the mode of transportation the physical weight is simply calculated by weighing the cargo.
On the basis of chargeable weight, our staff will provide a pricing quotation.
What styles, dimensions, and sizes of trailers do you offer?
To convey a wide range of cargo types, we have a large selection of trailer types and trailer widths. Each type of trailer is appropriate for a certain use, such as standard-sized or out-of-gauge freight.
Do your trailers have GPS tracking?
We can always keep track of your goods, whether we use reefer trailers, mega trailers, or curtain trailers. On our fleet of trailers, GPS (Global Positioning System) units have been installed. Because of this, we can monitor your goods wherever they travel. It also aids in preventing theft of your shipment.
What are your payment options?
We accept bank drafts, wire transfers, and e-transfers.
